- To promote the wide range of services provided by the Company which includes Payroll Outsourcing, Cloud HR solutions and Accounting services, as well as cross-selling of other services by the Group in the future.
- To develop business lead and maintain relationships with new and existing clientele, which includes meeting potential clients and secure business deals.
- To perform inside sales activities : via phone calls/emails to arrange for business presentation meetings, preparing proposals, generation of monthly sales activities reports, as well as to follow-up on submitted proposals.
- To work with Manager(s) in identifying new ways in improving the marketing strategies for the services provided by the Company/Group.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point
- Preferably with marketing experience in PAYROLL OUTSOURCING and HR SOLUTIONS ie: HRIS, Leave. Claim, OT, and etc.
- Graduates from IT and/or having IT – infrastructure/system solutions will have an added advantage.
- Able to work under minimal supervision with training provided. Highly motivated person who are aggressive in achieving sales target is sought after.
