ESS (Employee Self Service)

ESS is a web tool integrated into the HRS suite of services. It is secure and protected by password to ensure each authorized user accesses via a unique pin ID. The ESS equips employees with an online tool enabling them to view and edit personnel information such as bank details, view and apply for leave and overtime, and to view pay slips online. The ESS enables workflow functions that support approval and control processes e.g. for Manager to manage employees’ leave applications and time and attendance information.
